Public Health Initiatives

Public Health Initiatives aims to foster awareness and support for local and community health in Colgate’s surrounding regions of Oneida, Madison, and Utica as well as public health in the global setting. We will be volunteering to strengthen community health programming and promoting health education among youth at nearby schools. We will hold insightful discussions and Brown Bag lunches in order to educate the Colgate community about how public health is interdisciplinary, relating to topics such as anthropology, art therapy, culture, nutrition, and oral health.
